How Does Freshpaint Determine Session Count?

For web tracking, a session will end after 30 minutes of inactivity by default. This value can be customized with the session_timeout config, see Freshpaint Web SDK Options.

For mobile apps, session count is not tracked, instead we track Monthly Tracked Users. Learn about how we determine Monthly Tracked Users here.
